Abouzar is a seasoned food industry entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience and deep roots in a 140-year-old family agro-food legacy. Julia, an LSE graduate, comes from a family business in printing and brings over five years of sustainability expertise in the CPG sector. Funda, Abouzar's niece, has partnered with him for more than 15 years, focusing on operations and business development..

Bonnap was born at FoodYoung, a Full-Stack Innovation Lab in Switzerland, to solve a pressing problem: the disconnect between convenient food and conscious nourishment.
